Here are some of the most exciting talents making waves in the art world today.

Kseniia Antipina ( @germenevtika ): Antipina, born in Tyumen and raised in Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, used art to blend diverse elements and convey emotions. After honing her skills at a painting school and studying graphic design in Russia, she moved to Berlin in 2017, where she embraced creative freedom through photography. Her work gained recognition, culminating in her 2023 first-place win in the Julia Margaret Cameron Awards.

Danielle Biglin ( @daniellebiglin ): Virginia-based artist Danielle Biglin began painting seriously at 40, after years focused on school, work, and family. In 2019, she painted daily, had a sold-out solo show, and transitioned to full-time art in 2022. Using oils and acrylics, Danielle's nostalgic works feature themes from her 1980s childhood. Originally from South Florida, she now enjoys Richmond, Virginia, teaching art and growing her social media following.

Rong Bao ( @ongbaobaobao ): Born in 1997 in China, Rong Bao is a prominent contemporary artist known for her unique visual language and societal critiques. She holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2021) and an MA from the Royal College of Art (2023). Her debut solo exhibition at Saatchi Gallery marked her as the first female Chinese artist to do so there. Her multidisciplinary work humorously critiques overconsumption and environmental issues.

Morgan Otagburuagu ( @morganotagburuagu ): the 24-year-old photographer from Abia State, based in Lagos, celebrates the strength of the Black female body and the beauty of Black skin through his experimental imagery. His mastery of light shines in portraits, fashion, beauty, still life, and videography. Renowned by art lovers and professionals, Morgan was a standout at the 2024 Photo Basel.
